Do I need to be home to let the housekeeper in &\or during cleaning?

You can certainly be home if you wish, but it is not required. In the event that you will not be home at the time of cleaners arrival, please contact to make other arrangements for entry (door code, garage code, key, ect.)  

Do I need to supply any cleaning products or equipment?

No, all necessary items will be brought! 

If you prefer a different cleaner be used, you are welcome to provide said product with the understanding that Easy-Breezy Housekeeping does not presume liability for potential damages caused from client-provided products. (This is primarily in relation to popular floor cleaners that leave a thick, waxy buildup after extended use)

What if I forget about an appointment?

No Problem!

Automated text (or e-mail) messages are sent 1-2 days before every appointment to remind you of upcoming services.

How can I change an appointment?

You can edit an upcoming appointment via the  confirmation email you received from our online booking page
